Avgo ABPW specialises in providing industry with Workplace Health and Safety management systems and assisting employers in building workplace Health and Safety policies by means of workplace audits, risk assessments and job safety audits in accordance with the Health and Safety Act 2004. In addition we provide specialised Plant machinery Risk Assessment services that enable Plant machinery owners, vendors and purchasers to reduce the risk of accidents, comply with Occupational Health & safety legislation and minimise the risk of liability and litigation.

Avgo A.B.P.W has provided Plant Safety services since the introduction of the Plant Regulations July 1995. Having been involved with Victorian Work Cover in the development of the Plant Regulations & Plant Risk Assessment process, Avgo ABPW has comprehensive experience in the application and conformance with Australian Standards. As a contractor Avgo ABPW has provided a consistently reliable service to industry since 1994.

All audits are conducted using data & guides compiled from our extensive database. Risk Assessments are conducted by Theo Avgoulis (Manager of AABPW) a qualified Heavy Plant mechanic (1982); commonwealth government gazetted Plant Inspector (Telecom 1985); a member of the Safety Institute of Australia; and a qualified Training Instructor. Avgo ABPW is also included on the Victorian Work Cover practitioner directory. The Risk Assessment process we use is designed to meet Quality Control (ISO) requirements as well as the requirements of our Professional indemnity insurer.
